I did not pay for the install but they got it up the stairs and left outside the room it will be located in.

I have not used the app control function. Have not needed it. All my loads come out great with minimal wrinkles.

A wonderful dryer with a few small issues

I have some small mini gripes with it, the lint catcher has this annoying plastic cover you have to work around to clean it, and the dryer doesnt allow 100% custom settings, but it works really well and I love being able to set it and get notified on my phone when it is done.

A Samsung and one thousand dollar savings for that reason I give it a 5 star. Purchased for our son for his first apartment. My husband will install over the Thanksgiving weekend. It’s a surprise.
