Honestly i love this dryer. Looks sleek and easy to use. I never liked washing and drying clothes until now. Also like that when im watching tv i get a notification that the washer or dryer are done.

Works really well the only issue i have is it opens on the left side but i just have switch my washer woth my dryer and itll be fine otherwise it works really well doesmt take alot of power amd gets my clothes nice and dry every time

I like the Black Dryer...need to get familiar with the electronic function. The manual does not offer info on how to use the different functions. The dryer does not have a light inside which makes it hard to see inside.

Overall very impressed with dryer a month after purchasing. Had to replace the old units and this has worked out perfectly for a mid budget unit. Couldn't be happier

This dryer was delivered to us with a faulty sensor which caused the dryer not to heat and the clothes took multiple hours to dry. Even with the sensor being replaced it still takes a long time to dry the clothes.

This dryer purchase which began back on June 1, 2024 has been a nightmare. I purchased 1 dryer that was delivered and did not have the correct LP conversion part, which then sat in the middle of my living room for the next 2 weeks. Then they sent another dryer that, although promised over and over again by customer support, ALSO DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT LIQUID PROPANE CONVERSION PART which was ordered from the manufacturer ( another 2weeks go by with this dryer in the middle of my living room, btw). The part received had a hairline crack in it, therefore the installers couldn’t complete the job. Another call to customer support in Honduras! They once again agreed to send a different dryer that would supposedly come with the liquid propane conversion part. Of course, IT DID NOT. So, once again, another brand new dryer sitting in the middle of my living room! In the meantime I am now without a dryer at this point for over 3 FREAKING MONTHS !!!
They did actually hook it up and we started using the Samsung dryer. It then proceeded to leak gas within the inside of the dryer itself. So right now they just shut off the gas and I am awaiting further instructions. They said I would most likely need ANOTHER REPLACEMENT DRYER because it was faulty. Gas leaking in my house is very dangerous and frightening.
This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE ever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
