    Never recieved item.....Purchase of this dryer with Best buy has been the worst experience I ever had with purchasing an appliance. 6 phone calls to customer service. 4 visits to speak to someone at the store 3 days of messages left on a direct line to a customer service advocate to get an updates on the availabil;ity of this item after I purchased it and I finally had to cancell the item and get bit somewhwer else.

    Near immediate issues with this dryer

    Gas dryer stopped working properly after two days. Everything is hooked up properly but the dryer is not producing heat. I had to sit on the phone with Samsung for over an hour before they agreed to send a technician out.

    The delivery, installation and haul off was a complete nightmare. The guy delivering broke my gas knob and left abruptly. I had to pay for a plumber to fix what he broke and I went ahead and had my Plummer install. Still waiting for a phone call for reimbursement from charges that were never done and some kind of payment for the money I put out for plumber.

    Worst experience of my 70+ years lifespan

    This dryer purchase which began back on June 1, 2024 has been a nightmare. I purchased 1 dryer that was delivered and did not have the correct LP conversion part, which then sat in the middle of my living room for the next 2 weeks. Then they sent another dryer that, although promised over and over again by customer support, ALSO DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT LIQUID PROPANE CONVERSION PART which was ordered from the manufacturer ( another 2weeks go by with this dryer in the middle of my living room, btw). The part received had a hairline crack in it, therefore the installers couldn’t complete the job. Another call to customer support in Honduras! They once again agreed to send a different dryer that would supposedly come with the liquid propane conversion part. Of course, IT DID NOT. So, once again, another brand new dryer sitting in the middle of my living room! In the meantime I am now without a dryer at this point for over 3 FREAKING MONTHS !!! They did actually hook it up and we started using the Samsung dryer. It then proceeded to leak gas within the inside of the dryer itself. So right now they just shut off the gas and I am awaiting further instructions. They said I would most likely need ANOTHER REPLACEMENT DRYER because it was faulty. Gas leaking in my house is very dangerous and frightening. This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE ever.

    The dryer was missing a part and the gas was going everywhere inside the dryer was caused the dryer to get extremely hot to the touch and started having burning smell.

    the worst dryer on the market its got to be. the heater almost never kicked on. i basically tumble dried our clothinng. we returnned and went with a whirlpool and are nnot looking back.

    Doesn't dry!

    Does not dry! Moisture Sense stops cycles when clothes are still very damp every time. Even when using timed dry function, dryer shuts off after 4 min and clothes still wet. Wi-fi connection and app also faulty. Returning and going back to Maytag.
