So far, so good

Especially with a king size comforter - it fit well, but would shut off with the middle of the comforter still wet. Overall I'm pleased, but still figuring out the best settings to use for certain things.

Doesnt dry unless you max it out

I personally do not like using the highest heat level - just seems too hot - I adjust the settings accordingly. I like that there are 5 heat and drying levels. For example: I dry towels on Permanent Press Dry Level 5 - this uses heat level 3. The phone app is great - I get a notification when cycle is done. I always turn off the ECO option - it may save gas but the cycle takes twice as long - not sure that there is any overall energy savings.
