The appearance is nice. The available features are many. The dryer is horrible! It doesn’t dry well and it takes 2-3 cycles to get clothes dry. I wish I had done my due diligence as I would usually have done before making this purchase.
I bought it in March 14th it is now April 26 and the return window has closed. Looks like I’m stuck. My recommendation is don’t buy it! Don’t buy it! Don’t buy it!!

I based my 5 star review on these categories: packaging/delivery, set-up/start-up, features/ease of use, value and long term use. Nothing should be 5 stars up front IMO. First until delivered didn’t heat up period. Ran 1 hour cycles 3 different times and no heat. Was offered a repair or replacement and opted for replacement. New unit is in working order but I still feel that our old GE dryer worked a bit better (ran hotter). I dislike that dryer does not return to my last used setting after completing a cycle. Also wants to default to “eco dry” for timed setting. Not dealbreakers but they are small annoyances. My main concern after receiving a defective unit is, how long will it last. While my issue was remedied, it doesn’t take away my initial first impression and skepticism. I’d say this is a 50/50 purchase. Could be good or a waste of money.
