At no time could we get the dryer hot enough to dry our clothes. For example, I had my eight bath towels in for four hours before they would dry. This can happen when the wrong orifice is used. So it might not be anything on the dryer at all, but just the wrong product for our household. I ended up exchanging the product.

While not perfect, the predecessor was a decent dryer. Like other reviewers, I find the sensor to be useless and or defective - clothes are always damp unless they are synthetic or really lightweight. Forget about warm dry towels. The only way to get things reasonably dry is by using the timed dry setting and even that doesn't always do it. The drum light is a nice feature. Addition of Wifi/app is pretty useless as it is informational only. Not sure I need an alert every time someone in my household finishes a load.

Getting your dryer to dry your clothes shouldn't be complicated. Ensure you're loading the dryer correctly, what settings you're using are accurate, and whether you're keeping it (and the exhaust vent) clean and free of lint. Learn more from these details.
