    The time is already set it won’t go off cold. And I have tried to fix the heat mechanism by reading directions with nothing is working. I can’t work it from my phone either I can only do it from using the actual machine.

    Had for three months and no longer heats. Samsung is giving me a hard time with their warranty process as well.

    Do not have a good performance. I have to try several times before the cloth is dry. Sometimes I have to wait 3 hours before the machine dries the cloth.

    We used the dryer once and have had to get it scheduled to get replaced before the 2 week return period or we wouldve paid 700 for one dry cycle

      Some cycles are designed to run without heat. Some settings, like Eco Dry, will cause portions of the cycle (like the beginning) to operate without heat.

    Poor Samsung design-faulty and leaks

    The brand new appliance was damaged inside and damaged our cabinets as well due to the leak. Then with much back and forth finally was sent a replacement which was also damaged then round 3! Now fingers crossed. Samsung of course has the worst customer service but 5 stars for Best Buy. This will be my last ever Samsung buy after buying so many and many issues with Samsung.

    Terrible. It doesn't dry clothes all the way ever. even baby clothes set to heavy duty! what the heck!? I'm in the process of getting a refund for my washing machine that matches this because it had a major recall....do not buy samsung appliances.
