Not so great if you need service

But to review the dryer , I would have to wait until I finally get the replacement I have been dealing with Samsung with for over 6 months!! I can properly review it once I use one that (hopefully) doesn't make a terrible metal on metal scraping noise while it's in use like the one that has been in my house for over 6 months. Samsung sent repair techs over who has to come multiple times and made the dryer worse. Samsung agrees to replace it, but makes it cost me money and creates a giant inconvenience for me, as an innocent consumer. Be careful and beware that dealing with Samsung will make your mental health decline. Customer service is most certainly not their priority. I will say that I do not care for the fact that I can not adjust the temperature on the dryer in any of the presets. So, if you want lower temps, you have to do it on timed dry and 60 min is the max. It's a super pain.

Only way around this is to do a manual timed dry to force the towels to dry completely.

Have only had it about 2 weeks but so far no issues and very user friendly. Also nice that you can add it to the smart things app for additional services and also turn on and off from the app when not home. Fits king size comforter and still has space!

Good product but need a few improvements.

The only reason why is not a 5 star product in my opinion is because on the standar mode it leaves the clothes not completely dry, i need to add more time or change the settings. Other than that its almost a perfect product. Still need some things to improve on the settings. We will see if its a good product over time.

Fast drying time, hooks up to all other samsung devices. Plays music when done, which is cool at first than its just a reminder when goes off I have chores to do.
