Love my Samsung gas dryer works really well and I like all the Features that it has.

Couldn't be happier with this dryer. It has the capacity I need and it connects well into my amazon alexa and samsung phone to notify me when it is done. Have had no issues at all so far.

Dryer works fantastic. Couple reasons for 4 stars: the dryer time estimate is always way shorter than it ends up being. This dryer adjusts the time during the drying process, usually multiple times. Other reason is the default is "eco dry" which prolongs drying times significantly. You have to manually turn this off every time. As far as features and performance, this is the best dryer if ever used.

So far very nice unit. I switched the door swing from right to left, easy with the help of YouTube. Install work was fine, they called to alert me of arrival. Dryer is easy to operate, just very nice.

NIce size dryer to handle family wash loads. Blankets and comforters fit in the dryer comfortably. There are so many options on how to dry clothes that a tutorial would be welcome. Efficient and attractive.

Great dryer. It's spacious and it dries quickly. I don't have the steamer function connected, but all the settings I have used function well.

Beautiful looking and great performance. I don't like having to manually override the "eco-dry" feature, but I assume this feature is some government regulatory requirement. The dry times are shorter and more efficient when you override eco-dry and use gas! Which is my preference.

The Best Buy staff were very friendly. And I feel very satisfied when using the machine.

Installers didn't install it correctly. Had some issues with dents, but Best Buy is compensating me for it. THIS IS THE NATURAL GAS VERSION! Great dryer. Tons of options and it has a great capacity. Plenty big enough for a family of 5. Tech member, so I get a 2 year warranty with it. The colors are black and copper.

Item works fine, but ties up our duvet when attempting to dry. Never did this with previous Samsung models. Also, don't order this from Best Buy, their delivery crew was aggressive and sexist when delivering, we had an issue and needed a replacement dryer. After assuring the same crew would not be at our home, they came again and this time left trash in our garage. Terrible experience.

Just switched back from a GE front loader, and couldn’t be happier! Was a little skeptical about going back to a top load, but remembered why we switched when I could fit my entire King comforter in the wash with ease!

Really nice unit. Alot of different settings which is nice for a family of 5! Large capacity is great easy to use

I love this dryer. Its quiet. I havent used the steam sanitizer yet but I plan on trying it next. We are still playing with the dry time. Some items we need to dry a second time but Im sure it just a matter of what we are putting it on

I don’t even know where to start. When I purchased this dryer, I opted for a regulated/licensed professional to install it—it’s a gas appliance and people who are not certified or familiar with gas appliances shouldn’t attempt to install gas appliances in my opinion because too many things can go wrong. The person who installed this dryer came out to deliver and install this at 7:30 pm and did not install it correctly and used my old accessories from my old dryer and did not use any of the new supplies I purchased for this dryer, in fact, they took my new accessories with them when they left. While the guy was here installing my dryer, I smelled gas and asked if that was normal and he said “Yes, it’s normal but it will air out soon.” He left my home and the smell of gas was so strong that my four year old even commented on it. So I called my gas company and they told me to “Evacuate immediately!” This was around 9-9:30 pm on a Tuesday evening and the temperature was around -10 degrees. I packed my my 4 year old and my two dogs and had to leave my home until the gas company arrived to check on things. When the gas company came out, they stated that everything was installed incorrectly and they even used my old vent duct and that had been installed incorrectly and would’ve caused a fire. Overall, I’m very happy with the appliance but it was a real hassle getting it installed properly by a LICENSED PROFESSIONAL.
