The lint tray is in the doorway and it has a trap door you have to push/pull for the tray. That being said, lint goes everywhere! Its on the front and back of the tray, in the trap door hinges. Not my favorite but I've already had a horrible experience w the one I actually wanted not being delivered as promised. So I just want to be done with best buy. Besides who wants to drag a dryer back. Anyway, the settings dont fully dry your clothes. So I have to set it on time dry or I have to keep turning it back on. Terrible!

Drying takes a little bit longer than my past dryer. Have to shuffle load sometimes after first drying period to make sure it drys evenly. Sometimes some articles of clothes are dryer than others. Does the job.
