With each failure I purchased the extended warranty. The last failure was only six months in and was not repaired under manufacturer warranty but the extended warranty. The extended warranty is depleted when the unit is replaced. I am not buying another warranty. If this one fails, its off to home depot. Pretty good arrangement for best buy, multiple service calls, then replacement paid by the warranty company. Then I buy an extended warranty. Nice

Possible incorrect hook up

At no time could we get the dryer hot enough to dry our clothes. For example, I had my eight bath towels in for four hours before they would dry. This can happen when the wrong orifice is used. So it might not be anything on the dryer at all, but just the wrong product for our household. I ended up exchanging the product.
