Smart functionality and connection with my Samsung galaxy phone is very neat. Never miss to change loads. I haven't used the sanitize function since I haven't needed to.

Some of the advanced features require a hook up to your water line. Samsung provides a splitter, but BB doesn't add on an additional hose so that you can go from your water intake to the actual dryer (funny that a dryer now needs water, but how else do you get steam??). It would have been nice to have the required add-on products, like a vent extension, gas hose, etc. be included so we didn't have to run to the hardware store to get what we needed, praying that the installers would wait for us to get back (they didn't).

Wow this thing is great! LOVE the smart function to send alert when it's done you can even restart it from phone. I also LOVED the steam function! Can toss in clothes we wore to a bar for an hour or two and few minutes later they smell fresh again!!! THey do have to run the water line splitter and line to the dryer but Best Buy installers did so.

Great dryer so far

They did call Best Buy to report and they sent a Geeksquad tech to take a look. It took less than 2 minutes to repair but it has me worried.
