Do not recommend!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this dryer in July 2022. On Mother's day 2024 it completely died in the middle of a load. The panel went black and the drum light would not come on. I tried to get it repaired via Samsung but the only company they would send out had an F rating with BBB and a one star rating. I tried to get them to send a different company but they stated it was the only company who could handle our claim in Philadelphia. With that I paid a different company to come look at it and they found we have 2 faulty control boards. Each board cost around $300 to replace, plus cost to do the repairs. I also thought I had the extended warranty via Best Buy as I paid extra for it when I bought this and the washer. Nope, Apparently you to have an active geek squad plan in place to use that warranty. The amount I paid at first was for a year of the geek squad not an actual warranty, so they could not help me either. It is not worth it to fix and we now need to buy a new Dryer.

unhappy customer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would like to express my dissatisfaction in this product along with the washing machine, i did buy an extended warranty and as soon as that expired my dryer is making a horrible sound and probably getting ready to stop working , i bought these products in 2021 and it now 2024 . and you would think it would last longer. And for my washer it does spin the clothes dry enough to put in dryer with out my floor getting completely wet. I usually buy my stuff here but not sure if i will continue to shop best buy. its not worth spending $1700.00 and they stop working as soon as warranty expires, very disappointed.

TOTAL AWFUL!

The delivery guys were unable (did not know how to hook up the dryer, i had to wait an additional week forinstallation These guys were useless, they could not do is t. I had to hire and pay for installation. The parts delivered to me were noy usable.

Dryer is NOT good!
