Love the reversible door made it easy to change how it opens since my washer was on the right side love the steam option and quickest drier ive owned so far ... clothes are actually dry

If transitioning from an older machine make sure to use liquid detergent and added to detergent added to tray. Any detergent added directly to clothes will stain fabric and not rinse out. So add detergent to tray is a must. At the time of delivery, I was told “put your clothes in machine and walk away.” I love using the app that is provided for this WIFI model. This machine has the impeller and I find if you need clean clothes that smell good this machine does that. It also has a self cleaning feature; after every twenty loads a message populates a message to use self cleaning options. The feature will keep machine/tub smelling fresh and clean.

This dryer has everything I need. Great space, efficient drying, and the ability to have it periodically spin the clothes after a dry to prevent wrinkles if I can't get to it right away.

I bought this dryer because it had steam dry. I can tell you that my blouses come out of the dryer without wrinkles. This dryer gives you all of the options you could possibly want. I am very happy with this purchase and the sale price was an added bonus.

Never owned a Samsung dryer before nor a gas one either but I love this gas dryer it dries my clothes fast and don’t have to have a high electric bill.

Open box, super great price, installed myself. The dryer indicated we had vent blockage, but I said no way. Upon investigation, sure enough, it did. Overall, very functional, pretty quiet.

The dryer was everything we expected. It is very easy to operate. We really like how quiet the unit is when drying a large load. The Steam Sanitize feature helps when we have family members clothes with colds.

Replacement from GE to Samsung product. Seems to be little more accurate on moisture sensing. Noise level is very low. Fit in my existing space. Used Best Buy delivery, installation, and hall away (old dryer) and was very satisfied with service provided.

Very happy with the performance of the dryer so far. Have yet to use any steam cycle yet, but happy with ease of use and performance of the other cycles.
