Love this machine & ability to wash large loads unlike the smaller load machines. Will fit a king comforter.

I love the looks of my new Samsung gas dryer. It works as expected and seems to dry the clothes quickly with minimal wrinkling. I have not tried the steam cycle yet.

The dryer itself is great. Seems to be performing amazing the first few months. I would say install was a pain. Standard dryer kit hook ups don't seem to have the right connectors and it takes time/$$ to get it set up right. Wish the dryer would include the right fasteners. Would Recommend and would buy. The black does show a lot of lint and dust. Not a big deal. Love the look of the matching sets.

No to loud and dry's completely. We used to have a super old washer and dryer so this is a dream.

So far, so good! I ordered this dryer to match our washer we purchased a couple of years ago. The steam function is very nice for clothes that may have been sitting in the dryer for a bit as it refreshed the clothes quite nicely. I am hoping to get over 20 years as I did with my last dryer! We will see. I do like the ability to connect this dryer to my phone as well. Not necessary but I nice option.

Great dryer, replaced our old (inherited) Samsung dryer. There was an issue with installation as it was a gas dryer - although we knew Best Buy could not install the new dryer (and we had to hire a separate person), we were incorrectly told that Best Buy would be able to disconnect the old dryer in order to haul it away. Ended up having to reschedule another appointment for haul away once a separate technician came to disconnect the old dryer (and ultimately install the new one).

This is a good dryer. washer it meet all my families need love the color, the advanced features require a hook up to your water line. Samsung provides a splitter, but BB doesn't add on an additional hose so that you can go from your water intake to the actual dryer It would have been nice to have the required add-on products, like a vent extension, gas hose, etc. be included so we didn't have to run to the hardware store to get what we needed, praying that the installers would wait for us to get back (they didn't).i would purchase again

I have stuffed this dryer with 2 big towels together mixed with a full load of other clothes and still dries completely. Smart functionality and connection with my Samsung galaxy phone is very neat. Never miss to change loads. I haven't used the sanitize function since I haven't needed to.

Looks beautiful and the install went so smooth. Works great and pretty quiet.

I like the dryer overall. The color is Champagne but I would call it Taupe. Dealing with the side vent issue was unnecessarily challenging. First we needed an extra modification kit. Then the delivery people were not 'side vent' installers. Which happened 3 times even through every time we were very specific about needing a side vent. And yes installing the side vent was a process which involved disassembly of the entire unit. But all's well that ends well.

So far so good, the washer works great. Its very quiet and easy to use with most cycles being pre set with selection via the dial.

I love the amount of space it has and it works really well.
