Words cannot describe how much I detest this dryer. We are a small family of 3, and if you select the normal setting - which should be more than adequate - it never fully dries. The clothes never turn out hot or crisp, no matter which setting I choose. It absolutely can't handle drying the load size the matching washer allows for, so having the matching set feels like a cruel joke. Our clothes are ALWAYS damp; this messes up my entire schedule because they are never ready to be folded and have to be run at least four times, which has made simple laundry tasks beyond annoying. I’m sure it’s some energy-efficiency garbage, so I haven’t bothered to try to have it looked at, and I need it to match the washer, so what can you do? I miss my old dryer and one-stop normal drying so much. Garbage.

It's a great dryer but it was making a scraping sound day one and I had to pay a repair guy to come fix because it was the secound dryer that showed up with the same issue. Great dryer terrible delivery from best buy.

Company lied to me multiple times , cancelled my order for their own faults and then blamed me and never gave me the products or compensation for wasting 3 weeks of our time and money. Corporate is real scam now a days smh.
