I also loved the customer service I received not only in the store but when it was delivered to my house. Can’t wait to get the washer to match! Nice dryer but not worth full price

We would have to run it again after the first time. There is a sensor that turns it off automatically if it senses that it's done.

First set went bad after 8 years due to the spider corroding like most front load washers do. Hopefully with newer models this has been addressed.

I have to run the dryer twice to dry my towels and jeans. And the control buttons are absolutely terrible. It’s not sensitive enough. So I have to press it several times before it works. If I could I would return this junk. It’s terrible.
