what I like is when the dryer stops your clothes are all dry. last dryer I had sometimes had to restart as clothes were still damp

Plenty of bells and whistles, of course my old dryer was over 15 years old. Like the refresh feature, dries faster than old one did, too.

Purchased this along side the washer unit — it does a great job auto sensing the load and the lint filter is really easy to clean.

its dry your cloth really good, have so many mode like wrinkle prevent, static prevent and so many function. your cloth will not shrink with this washer.

One reason I bought this dryer was for the “Wrinkle away” feature. After trying it multiple times, with anywhere from 2 to 6 “T” shirt type garments and making multifple calls to Samsung, I found out this feature does nothing. Further I was disappointed further by the lack of response from Samsung when I made my calls. I feel there is false advertising in with this product.

Dryer stopped drying clothes 13 mo after purchase. It was installed professionally in a new construction home. We had to pay for a repair.

The drying cycle is very good as long as you separate thick cotton items like towels from thin synthetics like t- shirts and the like

I really like the washer and dryer!! The one thing they could do to improve its make the latch not plastic . When you shut the door it sounds very plastic

I bought it to replace another samsung dryer that broke. I stacked them, and found out that it has the same color and shade. I love it.
