So far this dryer has been good. I won't give it excellent because I think the fact that the pedestals are not included in any of these models (not just Samsung) is a rip off. At a minimum they should be about 75% cheaper than they are.

I bought the washer and dryer set and couldn't be more pleased! They both work great and the wrinkle free cycle option on the dryer is a life saver for someone who doesn't always have time to iron. I love both machines!

It is a very good dryer but it is very difficult to get Samsung Support and when you do you will find their service people are few and far between so either use best buy or someone who knows Samsung and can get parts.

I purchased the washer a few weeks prior to getting the dryer and I love them both! They are effective and energy efficient. The appliances are a great price at best buy and the service is incomparable!!

We set out to buy a washer and dryer set for our first set as a couple and these couldn't have been better so far. Many different options and customizable cycles. And the little song it sings at the end is so cute!

Only challenge so far is that the predetermined dryer settings don't always get the clothes completely dry. I experienced this issue with my previous LG models as well. The ez solution is to do a timed dry

They are both 2 days old now and they work perfectly. I love all the tunes and reminders you hear. Vic and Al from the local Vero Beach FL Best Buy did a great job with the delivery and installation.

Stylish and techy for the tech geek like myself. You can hook it up to your wifi signal to know exactly when your laundry is done or start it back up. Also energy efficient. Love the look and love the model!

Great dryer! We bought this to replace a really old Maytag and it gets even our largest loads dry in approximately 42 minutes. We also love the steam function, great for those dry clean only delicates.

We have the prior version of this model, purchased from Best Buy 7 years ago. It is still going strong, with no issues whatsoever. So what better testimony did I need? Bought another one for 2nd laundry room.

Such a great product and I love the modern look. All the different cycles are great and the manual explains them so well. The jingles are adorable and make me love my purchase that much more. So Awesome!

Great, a little rough start with the set up but after they came back and did it correctly everything worked great. The dryer on the steam function soaks the clothes and doesn't steam them. We are still working on this issue.

Great dryer witlh lots of features and options. It's only been a month of use but so far so good. I'll update later after several months of usage, but for now I'm very pleased with the product/performance.

Love the sleek front loading washer/dryer combo. Also a plus since my small apartment only accommodates a stackable set up. I've owned these for about 2 months and so far have not had any issues.

The dryer does an amazing job unfortunately 1.5 years after purchase major squealing was observed and will require repairs. Maybe the extra geek squad coverage is warranted.

Bought this in 2016, the good news is that it is still running. We've had to have Geek Squad out for service more than a few times. And again today, but Geek Squad outsourced the service to Twin Cities. Now the motor has to be replaced. The part is still covered under our Geek Squad coverage BUT we have to pay for service call and labor. Not buying Samsung in the future.

great product cant complain at all. my wife loves the steam option. i like the fact i can set the option were all my kids have to do is hit my cycle and add soap then press start to wash nice!

This dryer has so many settings and the wrinkle free setting works better than I could ever imagine. No more wrinkled clothes. The capacity is top notch .

We have bought this washer as a set with matching washer. The dryer appears to be very cost efficient and adjust the length of drying to load size. Moreover it has anti-wrinkle program that we like.

the washer dryer pair is an excellent one, I have been using a rental one for the last two years and this pair is far better than the rental ones, I got it for a cheap price during thanks giving, worth for the bucks i spent
