efficient, reliable, great sturdy Electric Dryer!!

Good price, plenty of options, little bit louder then I expected.

1st washer purchase and it does everything I need.

Parts for dryer can be costly but overall I love my steam dryer

Samsung - 7.5 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle Electric Dryer with Steam - Platinum Dryer seemed to work ok but was of no good to keep since the washer was of such poor quality. Was returned and I will never buy another Samsung product. No negative review for Best Buy. Samsung- YES.

It was the right choice it performs smooth just as expected

Good dryer with nice options for delicates and bedding

Completely disappointed with the dryer. We stack our units and the mounting brackets required for these put a large space between the washer and dryer that now how to be cleaned. The dryer display cannot be read from the floor so we have to keep a tool nearby all the time. Not one single load on any pre-set, automatic cycle has fully dried a load of clothes. Doesn't matter if it is sheets or jeans they come out with areas that are damp or wet. Used the wrinkle release setting on a new item before a dinner date and had no idea the article was going to be soaking wet, drenched and not able to be worn. Although the end of cycle signal is a nice sound, it cannot be heard more than one room away. Very unhappy which this purchase and disappointed we will have to deal with it for years.

Looking forward to lots of use of our new Sam sung dryer.

I will be returning to Best Buy for my next big purchase.

Love all the features on this dryer. It is very quiet.

Dries clothes well, but after only two weeks it makes a noise behind the drum. It sounds like a change is in the dryer every time we turn it on. Not long after that it has started making a humming noise. When I use wrinkle release clothes come out soaking wet. Only have had dryer for a month and going to have to have geek squad out to fix it. Good thing I payed a extra $110.00 for five year warranty, because things are bleak with this dryer.

No complaints about this dryer after a month and a half.

Still getting familiar with the product. So far I like it.
