Its ok just a typical dryer. One big con i have on this dryer is as soon as your clothes are dried you have to rush to get them out and leave the door open cuz if you dont moisture builds up inside and could cause and odor

The dryer is working fine but this purchase was the end of a really bad experience that started at Home Depot. We bought a washer and dryer but the dryer was on back order, then was lost and never showed up. In the meantime, the washer is spinning in such an out-of-balance manner that the machine is walking across the floor. We have had service twice (through Samsung) with no satisfaction. But while all that was going on, we needed a dryer so we cancelled at Home Depot and purchased from it from Best Buy and got it within two days. Yeah, Best Buy! So the rating is really on the washing machine and Samsung and I only hope the dryer continues to function properly. Best Buy is now our go to store for appliances.

dryer gets things dry fast steam takes outwrinkles

Only had this for a short time but so far so good.

Have been using unit for a few days over a month and it has developed a periodic roar coming from the motor. I was warned by a fellow Best Buy customer that this make was not dependable. Obviously, I should have listened to him

After 2 years the dryer no longer heats up. Have had the unit repaired multiple times now and the issue just returns after a few days. Very disappointed.

Not very happy with this product. Had problems beginning with delivery and installations. Very bad experience. We have used this twice and already I had to call Samsung to get them to service it.

I loved this dryer when I first got it. I had it for 3 years and it started making loud noises. A repair person came and said the parts needed were no longer available and I would need a new dryer. My previous washer and dryer lasted 11 years and when I bought that set it was the cheapest I could buy at a scratch and ding store and it still lasted 11 years. The nice fancy one only lasted 3. That is really messed up. Never again will I buy Samsung appliances.

I bought this dryer in August 2016 to replace a similar Samsung dryer purchased in August 2012 that died after 4 years. This one has died after only 18 months. I was happy with it while it worked, but I won't be buying another Samsung washer or dryer. I expect much more than 18 months of use!
