This dryer has been a nightmare since day one. We have already had to replace the heater after only one year. It also will not shut off when the timer is up, it just keeps going until the clothes are extremely hot and then overheats. Even if you are drying on the lowest setting the dryer switches to extremely high heat shrinking clothes.

Was delivered to my home without accessories. Item was never installed because company failed to bring the accessories. Had to return items took 3 weeks to remove from my home.

No issues with normal loads. Comforters ball up and have to be pulled out and unrolled multiple times throughout cycle or it will be damp forever.

I bought my dryer last december of 2017 and now it stopped working( no heat coming out). I should have listened to my fiance when she said that the reviews were bad. It is been 2 weeks and they still havent fixed it yet. Been waiting waiting and calling their authorized service center but they kept on saying that the technician will call me back. Do not buy this product. I should have bought GE profile(lasted 14yrs)

Dryer works perfect. But huge thing to me was .. IT DIDNT COME WITH A POWER CORD or vent. Had to spend more money but could have bought it somewhere else for cheaper with the power cord!

Ever since I bought it, it did not want to dry my clothes. I am not happy with this product due to that reason.

I told myself to not get another Samsung appliance but here I am writing this review. I've owed it for about 3 years, tomorrow will be the 4th heating element to be replaced, it makes horrible noises and shuts off whenever it wants. I feel that driving to the laundry mat is more of a convenience than doing laundry in my own home.

We had to return because we didn’t have an outlet that could handle the voltage in the laundry room. We have a gas one instead

Would recommend to some one looking for new age style very very nice and does not take up to much space and also could stack if needed

Its a good thing i paid for the geek squad. I bought this dryer last November and its stopped drying last week. The geek squad came and had to order new heating element parts so now im still without a dryer for another week. It broke in less than a year and we only have 2 people in our house.

Difficult to determine settings. Unnecessary music playing for different settings. Not able to try steam function

All of the sudden the dryer stop working. When you start it a click is heard and does not work. Always clean after each drying load as well check the duct for debris. I will call to be check in since is 10 year warranty on the unit

I Got the dryer because it was on sale. It does a good job... the clothes remain damp if the dryer is fullz

I don't like how the steam cycle leaves your clothes damp and the auto dry cycle takes 3 times longer

We bought this machine five years ago and did not use it very much because it was in our secondary house. And it has broken already. It was not cheap. I can’t believe I have to spend a whole bunch of money again to get another dryer.

This dryer is a piece of crap. I have had to replace the heating elemet 3x and rollers once and now it has a cracked drum and its only 5 years old.. no more Samsung crap!

Bought this dryer in 2014 and 2019 I am having to replace it.

Good product, but deeper than standard. Control panel needed replaced right away.

The design on the dryer does not work as stackable. The angle of the control panel makes it very difficult to read. Even with a stool and flashlight I still can't see all I need to see

Works great when it's working. Multiple issues keep recurring.
