The seller said that this machine was under the Pepco Energy Rebate Program; however, the rebate was denied.

Was exactly what I expected. Except I had to purchase longer steam hoses and exhaust tube on my own.

It has taken about 4 weeks for them to finally admit that the dryer that was delivered to my daughter was defective. So in the meantime, they left the washer and dryer in the hallway that leads to the bathroom. Good thing she is small enough to squeeze her way through.

Bearings for dryer drum wore out after only 18 months of use. Not happy

After owning this Samsung dryer for a less than two years the heating element went out and its past their "1 year warranty" . Something I never would of expected from a $700 dryer.

Very glad I purchased this dryer. Easy to use with a lot of settings to choose from. Fast and quiet. Washer has a great spin cycle so your clothes dry very quickly.

This is a great dryer. It is quiet, quick, efficient, comes with steaming abilities for wrinkles. It looks great and feels solid and well built.

I bought this dryer in January 2015, a hole developed in the Dryer within the first year! Now two years on we are considering getting rid of this horrible Dryer and buying another one. Wish I had never bought this piece of junk!!!

It had sensors that gone bad replaced them a year later bad again. I wasted about 5 hours between December 2019-January 2020 trying to talk to geek squad to fix it again but they keep fixing other issues and just lied about it.

ZERO this machine does NOT work in Jamaica. I told them it was for export and they even shipped it to the shipper. The cycle is different from the 50 cycle here in Jamaica. I need a refund!!!

Installer did not hookup dryer due to vent adapter issue. He asked me to buy adapter then call again to schedule another install. Not sure what part to buy. Felt I was left stranded with useless product

This is a horrible product. I received 3 dryers. All of the dryes arrived damaged in some type of way. I had to switch brands before I received a working /functioning dryer. I was really inconvenienced in this purchase. I do not recommend purchasing thus product.

AFTER ABOUT A YEAR OF HAVING THIS UNIT HEATING HAS STOPPED AND IT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST

I've had to call geek squad for over 5 different parts. Now they send me a letter that I've exhausted my service plan. And now the door is broken and it won't start the wash cycle.

So many problems with this dryer. Drum bearings failed twice, belt broken. Now dryer elements have failed. Don’t buy this dryer. Repair guy said worst appliances to buy by Samsung

The dryer had problems as soon as the warranty ended. At 18 months, we are replacing it.

NEVER BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES EVERV AGAIN!! It has broken twice since I have owned it and it seems they make products that are not reliable or durable but charge the same.

I have repaired this one time already and now I need to fix this machine again. BUY LG or another brand this is crap.

This washer was so bad it sounded like a jet engine in the laundry room. It did not spin the clothes at all. I had to return it for a different brand.
