the worse dryer ever. took 12 hrs to dry a load of wash

this dryer takes way to long to dry the clothes. very disappointed.

Dryer didn't wok out of the box, Best Buy replaced but this model was not available, so they replaced with a different model.

Unfortunately the dryer I had delivered did not work

I will never buy another Samsung product! Nothing but problems with this POS!

Use it maybe 3-4 x per week and it just stopped working. Not even 2 years old!

I have had this for about 10 months now. I love the features and the fact that is so easy to use! Never thought I would use the steam feature but actually I have used it a lot to freshen up previously dried clothes or to just warm a blanket up again. Impressed by how quickly my clothes get dry. Love this Samsung product!

Great dryer! Love how fast and efficient it is. Also so quiet compared to my previous dryers. Easy to use and so many options for cycles.

I have really enjoyed this dryer. There have been a couple of things I had to get used to, but would definitely recommend it to friends. The steam function is great, although the wrinkle release function just soaks the garment and requires complete drying. The normal dry sometimes leaves certain fabrics a bit damp but still well worth the investment.

The dryer is wonderful color that doesn't show dirt or lint. The dryer has a number preset selections that make it handy to quickly start the load. There's a setting for nearly any clothing and laundry option. The steam drying is so convenient for quickly removing wrinkles or sanitizing items

purchased this dryer to match our samsung washer. love it!! looks great in our restroom. did a renovation in our restroom, and the look of this dryer along with washer look great. as far as efficiency it works great. i also had the steam hose added by the technician. have had no problems thus far.

Love Samsung. Purchased this dryer to replace older Samsung machines that were 12 years old. Still working but tired. Love the steam cycle. Very quiet. Dries the clothes very well. Easy to hook up.

Vwry good, after 7 years and it still good, we like it

Although this dryer is sold as suitable for stacking, it is not. I chose it online and did not foresee that the dryer controls would be on a level that only the Jolly Green Giant could access. I am 5'6" tall, but needed to buy a step stool to be able to see and select dryer settings. Otherwise the dryer works fine.

It's not to shabby, currently on the phone with geek squad because the Dryer is leaking after a week of running, looks like a bad seal. We're able to run bigger loads and the ease of use is phenomenal. Being optimistic as of now, they should be sending someone out here shortly to fix the issue.

We had an old electric dryer that looked bad but worked. This one is so much better. Quiet. Works fast. The steam sounds like a gimmick but we were able to clean a few couch cushions and kids toys that never were cleaned before. Worth the extra $50 over the basic model.

This dryer has been a wonderful joy to use. Love the room for blankets or large loads. I also love the little song that plays at end of the dry cycle.
