Love this new dryer the steaming setting is amazing

When I do a high spin it vibrates a little more than I wanted but good washer

Clothes come out really clean and almost dry, saves time at the dryer.

I read about the long wash cycles, but it turns out to not be a problem.

Works as expected, satisfied with purchase. Bought at outlet

Much noisier than advertised, and the wrinkle prevent option does not help.

I bought it thinking on the steam option but didn't work as I expect.

Washer works good but some of the features are a bit difficult to use.

I bought this cause it was a customer favorite but every time I put blankets, sheets, or comforters they always get tangled up and don't dry! It's very frustrating especially for the price. Someone suggested using tennis balls so I'm going to try that next otherswise I'm returning it.

I order this dryer and asked if I needed an additional hose. I was told no multiple times. Wouldn't you know it. Day of the delivery no way to hook up the steam dryer. I had to go out an buy a hose and hook it up myself.

Apparently I got the bad apple:( this dryer sounded like it has something lose inside after 4 months of using it. Returned and switch to LG

This dryer and washer pair are the worst product I have ever purchased. The united failed to spin within one year of use. I had parts replaced and fixed. In the second year of operation after the dryer is now in the worst shape. The rolling drum lodly squeaks. I am now on my third repair for this unit. Never again. Do yourself a favor and avoid Samsung appliances.

this dryer is not very good the first one was damaged they replaced it only to find the second one damaged also then on drying clothes it did not get them dry on first go ... the sheets you can only put 1 in at time as anymore they all twist up into knots

Still haven't got it been waiting on Best Buy for over a month

I really like this dryer. It's quiet and has a setting for bedding and other bulky items in addition to the regular settings. Gets clothes dry and the design of the lint trap makes it easy to clean.

The best thing about this dryer is the color. The first year had to have it repaired, stopped spinning. The repair guy said it was a problem because it would do it again. It did 2 more times. Only have had it 7 years and it was repaired 3 times in the first 2.
