Great purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really good dryer lasted about 6 years before having to get a new one. I just recommend you NOT a huge load of clothes in the dryer because it can cause the drum to mess up

Broken dryer-Samsung doesn't change
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this dryer and washer on 11/29/2016 from Home Depot . First time they brought the dryer they didn't deliver because there was a dent on it. They brought a new one after a week . There was a small dent in that one too but they convinced me that will not affect how it works . I accepted but I wish I didn't . I trusted samsung will take care of me if there is a problem they didn't. Dryer made sound from the first time I used it. I called Samsung they told me they can't change it but they will send service to fix it!!! I paid for a brand new machine now I have to live with a repaired one . I request this dryer to be replaced with a new one as I paid for. I don't want a refurbished dryer after paying for a new one . I will bring it back to Home Depot if they don't take it I will send it to your factory

Excessively expensive to repair!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lasted 2 years and had to be replaced because the repair costs were within 15% of the price of a new unit! My previous Maytag lasted over 12 years and cost half as much! If you are evaluating a Samsung washer or dryer, assume you will be buying it again every 3 years due to the extremely high repair costs! Then again, you might not be able to get the part at all.
