I love both the set cycles and the options to customize on this dryer. My husband especially loves the "refresh" cycle to release the wrinkles from his dress clothes before work, because who has time to iron everything with a toddler running around? Also, with the toddler I feel better about this dryer because of the child lock features. Even though the door is usually shut to the laundry, it's a nice back up in case the door is left open. The blue color is pretty cool too, maybe it won't show dirt as much over the years? Overall we have been very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a new dryer.

Does a great job. Haven't had any problems. Handled large loads well. Has a unique chime that alerts when loads are done. Delivery and setup was hassle free. Purchased the 5 year service plan just in case the digital appliance decides to quit working.

We have had our dryer for a month. Excellent dryer. Drys the clothes quickly. Capacity of the dryer is adequate. Looking forward to trying the steam function.

I bought the set in the store without reading any online reviews; something I never do! But I'm really happy with my purchase, and most of all I love the color! It really adds something cool to my otherwise neutral laundry room. The lint trap is a little tricky to clean at first. Once you realize you have to unfold it, it works fine though.

This is a great dryer. I love the steam and wrinkle release features. And it is very quiet.

I wanted something with color so I got the azure with the pedestal. I have wanted a steam dryer forever and it is saving me money on dry cleaning. Works great geek squad installed showed me how to use it. They ran the first steam dry to show me what to do. Never had any company go to that much detail. Usually it's here you go have a great day, geek squad took the time to answer my questions.

Summary says it all, I've had this thing for about a month now and its worked wonders. The steam function helps refresh clothing that you might have wore out for an hour or so and had no stains on it. Would recommend this to others looking to buy a new dryer. The smart function should come with the dryer though, 25 more a usb dongle is a bit dumb Samsung. Come on... I'll go without.

Works great for and never had any problems with it. Very high tech yet easy to use. Like the washer product, it comes with lots of functionalities varying from per-set modes to fully manual operations. The only thing I don't like about it is the annoying peep when washing comes to an end. Probably can be muted but haven't figured out how.

Our Whirlpool stopped working and after reading several reviews on several machines, we decided to go with the Samsung Multi Steam dryer from BestBuy. Best prices in the area and the employee called several places to get what I wanted. Payed for it in one store and picked it up in another. BestBuy is the best. The dryer is absolutely perfect. Quiet and dries very well.

This dryer has all the dry options that I need. The lint tray is easy to clean out. Large enough dryer to fit a queen comforter in and dries it completely. The color is beautiful and the end cycle is a nice melody versus that loud buzzer.
