Love the machine, unfortunately it quit heating after about 3 weeks . Samsung fixed the dryer under the warrantee and it again works . Checked online and this seems to be a common problem . The part is inexpensive to purchase,but requires a lot of work to replace.

It dries my close. It works good there's settings for more dry. So many settings. Haven't used half of them. I've only had the dryer for a couple weeks so it's still early. So far so good. And as for noise it's normal what do people expect? It has to make some noise.

Got this dryer with a new Samsung washer. With this team in my laundry room, I am a happy camper! The washer's final spin cycle delivers a near dry result. Thus the dryer requires less time and energy to finish. A great Combo ! And quiet as a whisper.

This is the best dryer we've ever owned hands down! The added technology of connecting to my iPhone via Smart Home makes it that much better! The "sanitizing" setting is absolute genius! Great for families with children and germaphobes like myself!

The dryer works pretty well, however the normal dryer cycle takes well over an hour. Other dryers I've had in the passed have been under an hour. I haven't figured out the usefulness of the steam feature. I used it once and it just left my clothes damp. Other then that I'm pretty happy with it.

I had a Whirpool dryer before buying this samsung. At first I was skeptical, as I thought Samsung would not be in the level as Whirpool. So far, the dryer has worked very well, and I have no complaints - it couldn't have done anything better.

This a full featured beautiful piece of machinery that works well. My favorite feature is the "wrinkle release" which had essentially kept the iron put away for good. I love being able to throw some clothes in to refresh them!

Great tech and features. Has worked well in the last month or so that we've owned it. Not the most quiet machine out there. Wish the smart home integration didn't require a separate dongle to be purchased but came pre-installed.

We had an old washer/dryer, and we were long due for a new one. Best buy had this one on sale and it was a no brainer. They came, installed and left. Very professional. No complaints. We both love it. Thank you Best Buy and Samsung

Sometimes I can't tell if the load of clothes is 100% dry at the end of the auto dry cycle. However, there are plenty of drying options so you just have to choose one that works for the size and weight of the load. Good product!

This dryer is top notch. The damp sensors work great and I've yet had to run a load through a second time. Only issue if you want to call it that is that the lint catcher is a bit of a pain to get open. Love this set tho.

Love this dryer. I like to do big loads and does a great job of getting everything dry. I have my units stacked and it is hard to see the screen due to the angle but if that's my only complaint I'm in good shape.

I bought this dryer to match the washer when I finally had to replace my old appliance. The technology has come along way. I particularly like the steam function and see ability to get out the wrinkles.

My husband and I love this washer and dryer set! We had an older one and it was taking longer to wash and dry than we liked, so we looked into these and got a great deal on them and they work fantastically!

Love this dryer. Still not sure how to use all the steam functions, some make the clothes too wet... something to think about if this is an option you like and reason you are buying this machine.

I enjoyed this dryer because it has the steam function and a lot of cycles. The wrinkle away function is awesome and we can definely use it to that last minute surprises (in fact last 20 minutes, the time of the cycle). Overall i`m very pleased.

had a high pitched scraping when the drum was spinning-had maintenance work done and was quickly resolved. scratches easily--anything left on top of the appliance will scratch the surface

This dryer does a fine job but I was attracted to the steam setting for eliminating wrinkles; not sure it does this.

The sales staff was awesome I bought my kitchen appliances through Kevin and he did such a great job I came back when it was time for the washer and dryer could not of asked for any better
