This dryer is the best! The dryer on top for smaller items is fabulous. It leaves clothes completely dry.

Very cool machine. Quite and works perfectly. The steam cycle is a little weird.

I love this machine, I can dry my sensetive clothes seperately at upper side.I don t have to wait to dry them.At the same time I can operate and finish all my clothes..

Excellent Gas Dryer. Steam Drying cycles are excellent if you would like to do remove wrinkles without doing Ironing in multiple shirts or pants at the same time. Connects with Samsung Smarthings app, where you get alert when cycle is completed to you can remove clothes before they start getting damp again.

My first load didn't fully dry because several minutes into the cycle an alarm when off and an error code HC2 appeared on the screen. I tried it several times and eventually called Samsung. I was told the dryer was overheating. I checked the filter and the vent and they were clean and unblocked. Best Buy was going to send a technician to take the motherboard apart. No way was I going to keep a machine that had to be taken apart after the first use. Maybe I got a defective model, maybe the technology is too new or maybe this machine has too much that can go wrong. I don't know but I exchanged it for something less complex and hopefully more reliable.

Love this dryer, especially the top dryer. I can lay my delicates flat and they come out perfect! Only issue is I can’t get it to sync to my app.

So far, I am loving our new washer and dryer. My only complaint is that you have to select 'Smart Control' each time you start a new cycle, in order to use the wifi capabilities. In my opinion, that should be something that stays on until it's turned off. The upper dryer is great for delicates and masks.

Still waiting to be installed but glad they were willing to wait until I got my floors installed.

I bought a set for my wife and she was very happy so I decided to buy the same set for my mother.

Love the two different comaprents for delicate wash and regular wash. Saves time!

Return is to big for our laundry place and is very heavy for 2nd floor.

Dryer came one time but washer delay by 8 + days, which caused a lot of problems at the new home.

I have had this dryer a few months now and it's simply flawless.

We are working thru some issues. But great product.

I'm not sure there is a better dryer on the market... This machine has it all, every setting and steam dry. Seriously, this is the top dryer in the space hands down.
