Love love this dryer! The color is awesome. Although there are a lot of options to dry that may seem overwhelming at first, it is actually easy to use. Clothes dry much faster than with your regular run of the mill dryer.

Sensor gets your clothes dry in no time while saving energy. The steam function is amazing, don’t think I’ll ever have to use an iron again. Just pop your work clothes in on refresh for 15 minutes and you’re set to go, no wrinkles. Easy to install, comes with splitter valve and water hose to plug into your washer’s cold water line. Looks sleek and modern, even plays a cute little tune when your clothes are dry. Great quality and style in a very affordable price range.

Bought these over Thanksgiving Weekend and so far so good. Last washer/dryer was a front load as well from 2011 and made by Whirlpool. Washer motherboard went out and was over $400 to fix After many reviews, questions, testimonies from friends we decided to purchase Samsung’s product. LG’s product had slightly better reviews on Consumer Reports, but these units are currently being built in the US, so therefore are priced slightly better than other Asian product without the tariffs. Both companies had really good reviews and fewer bad reviews. I have to admit the bad ones were bad. Almost not wanting you to purchase anything. Even the higher priced units will all Bells and whistles and way too many programs had just as crappy negative reviews. So it really doesn’t matter how much you spend. These were in-the middle and looked awesome. One drawback is on the front end loaders there’s lots of plastic on top, so you must be careful not to damage by the things you put on top. As opposed to the top loaders that have more metal On top. We chose the front end over the top loaders because of the quality of wash. These guys wash really well and better in my opinion. Last set we had, did not have the pedestals and that kind of stunk having to bend down low all the time to get in and out. The Samsung ones cost $139 each opposed to the LG ones at $249 each. So therefore right there save $200. Also was able to participate in 24 months interest free financing with free delivery which was a plus. Also I chose to purchase the 5 year extended warranty just Incase any of the negative reviews are true I’m covered for $4-5 a month so it took the guess work out of it for me. Delivery went real smooth and they hauled away my old units for less than $50. Make Sure you have the installers go through a full wash cycle on a high spin a cycle before they leave to make sure it’s truly it’s balanced. Mine didn’t and are coming back out to do a reinstall. Love Best Buy, their salespeople at Pacific and the overall process. I’d Highly Recommended to anyone. Just do your homework as your gonna spend on the low side $1000 and on the high side $3000 where as I was in the middle at 2k. It’s substantial enough to make the right decision for your home so that you don’t have any issues. Today unfortunately the lifespan of these washers tend to be 6-8 yrs or so. Definitely not built like the older ones. Good luck!

I love having front load. Having the pedestal to raise up the machine makes it easy to access the clothes without having to bend down. The clothes dry quickly. I love the color (champagne!

My in-laws had this machine for a couple of years, so when it came time to buy one for myself, I went ahead and got the same machine. Reliable and handles big loads.

I just received these a few weeks ago and they are very easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised the color wasn't too "pink" considering it's a champagne color. Love my set!

We purchased the matching set. So far I have nothing but praise. I believe the dryer takes a little more to learn as you use. Sometimes my clothes aren't quite dry all the way. But its a few minutes more while I fold those that are.

I have been a Samsung customer for the past 15 years, from phones, tv's and appliances , this dryer is a great buy except for one thing. The temperature sensor is very innacurate. Sometimes the drying cycle finishes early and the dryer shuts off thinking the clothes are dry when they are not. There is no way of turning that off, so when I'm drying a blanket or something heavier I have to keep restarting the dryer.

So far so good. The jingle at the end is a bit long. I was expecting silence but it makes normal washer/dryer noises. Also, when stacked, it does shake a touch. Otherwise. We’re super happy with our purchase!

Not even 2 year old dryer and the drum has cracked near the door. It will cost the dryer to fix it. It’s making me rethink samsung appliances. The matching washer has the words come off the panel if your teenagers happen to drip laundry soap near the the dispenser. Laundry soap dissolves important settings on the panel near the soap dispenser-seriously?

Excellent dryer. Can put double loads in it with lots of different settings. Can set the dryness, temp and time manually or used predefined settings and adjust. Also has steam and damp alerts with wrinkle prevention. Dryer is almost 3 years old, doesnt look too bad but also never had an issue. Best one ive ever had.

This is a very nice looking unit. I do not like that you are not able to change the temperature as everything is preset temperatures except for time dry. I also wish there was a wrinkle release that did not have the steam. It does have a nice function of being able to do a test to see if the vent is clogged. That is a nice safety feature. It does a great job drying. it is not a noisy dryer which is wonderful.

Works well, quick, large capacity and has a light inside. The steam function works good to get wrinkles out if you leave stuff in too long.

This gas dryer is a major upgrade the old beaten up electrical dryer my mother-in-law had! It dries in a fraction of the time compared to the old one. Easy to use and set up if you are a DIYer. I had to go buy the washer and pair therm both, have them stacked. Pretty quiet too! And the minute-long alert for when the dryer is finished slightly resembles the anthem; got my kids saluting until the dryer is done with its jingle.
