Quick cycles, thorough drying and beautiful color. After multiple problems at another store and would have to wait two months for this dryer I went to Best Buy who delivered it two days later for the same price. Installation was fast, guys were professional and wore masks. Product and service were excellent.

This thing is Great and love the New Design/Color - easy to use - Had Top load System before and Like this a lot more. Wish I could use the Pedestals but don't have the room, would help getting them up from the ground (they are low). All in All a Great Choice.

Purchased these after my old combo unit finally died after many years so this is quite the change from the old washer and drier. Love the steam setting if you just want a quick refresh on clothes or pillowcases. Depending on material you may have to dry it a little longer as some heavier items have still been damp after the refresh. Love that the washer has an alert after it is finished with the load, old one didn’t and I would often forget about it and waste time before getting the load to the dryer. Tight fit in my laundry room as the furnace and water softener are also in there but I have them stacked to save room which works ok. Tried to reverse the dryer door so it opened the opposite way but it closed pretty hard that way so I switched it back to the original. Washes the clothes well and dries quickly with many options for both. Clothes seem cleaner and smelling fresher than they did with the old units.

Bought this dryer together with the matching washer as a combo set as a replacement for my old washer/dryer combo. First of all I should have done this a long time ago. Really quiet to begin with and most.y I bought it for the looks. Plenty of settings to choose from. You can’t go wrong with Samsung.

Works great, relatively quick. Still able to keep it to 2 buttons to start a load. Sanitize option great for elderly parent whom doesn't have good hygiene is great(but wash cycle takes 2 1/2 hours. Dryer is quicker)

This dryer is great. It has several different operation settings, which does make for different drying cycles. The sensor option is great so that it does not keep running when does not need to be running and the Steam feature is great

I purchased the washer and dryer and I really like them both! The washer has many options for any washing situation. While it uses very little water, it really gets the clothes clean. The alert song at the end of the cycle could be shorter, but overall, nice set, especially when purchased on sell.

DRYER IS VERY NICE INSIDE AND OUT, DRYS QUICKLY AND ALL THE SETTINGS ARE HELPFUL.. HAVE YET TO STEAM BUT CANT WAIT TO TRY IT OUT.. OLD SET LASTED 9 YRS HOPING THIS SET WILL AS WELL

Bought this as a set with the washer, it is extremely quiet surprisingly considering it's not the top tier model, but it does an excellent job. Just make sure you choose right settings as the wrong setting can fade your clothes.

The gas dryer works great. it dries faster then the dryer it replaced. It has consistently performed well. I purchased the Geek Squad warranty for this item. Hopefully I won't need it.

Dries clothes Very quickly in 31 mins using perm press setting. Multiple Configurable options For various types of clothing is a huge plus. Champagne color looks awesome

I haven’t had a chance to try all the dryer functions, but the ones I did use were awesome. Everything has been dried perfectly. I look forward to doing laundry. They also look great in my laundry room. Worth every penny I paid.

The dryer is doing a good job. Color is vibrant and makes laundry room dazzle. One disappointment was that I could not connect the water line for steam as I had just one for washer. Could have been nice if someone At Best Buy mentioned that we need separate lines or we should get the separate V connector. I just assumed that will be covered by geek squad during installation. Was disappointed when the installer did not even mention about not connecting the water line

This dryer is very easy to use. There are many preset options available or you can use the timed dry which is customizable. A Christmas like jingle plays when the load is complete. There is also an option that automatically detects the clothes humidity and will stop based on dryness. The lint filter is very large so you can get a few loads in before clearing it. It will notify you when you need to clean the lint filter. Overall good buy. I’ve had no problems so far.

Highly recommend. Have owned it for six months now and so far it has performed flawlessly. The refresh/steam feature also works surprisingly well.

The color was pretty cool and when I started my 1st load I was impressed how quite it was. My clothes come out clean and that what you are looking for.I would recommend this product.

I love my Samsung dryer the color and the performance exceed my expectationss. It makes washing fun just to look at the beauty of the dryer. I’m so glad I purchased this item.

Overall pretty satisfied. Works well, would recommend. Heavy duty with extra dry bumped up drys the best in my opinion.
