    The product is good but over all i was not able to use the delivery service. The team was so busy during holidays and was not fine to uninstall my old washer/dryer and install new one. I was ready to pay the price but they were busy as i did not opt for that service.

    A perfectly adequate, middle-of-the-road, mediocre matching dryer to a truly lousy washer! Take a hard pass on this one! If you are looking for a dryer and/or a washer, the new GE front loader lineup is excellent. Bought them to replace these crummy Samsungs.

    I wanted stackables to save space. But I didn't realize how small the wash tub was compared to my previous washer. I can't tell the size of the load like i can with top load. I'm pretty sure I'm returning it & going back to top load.

    It failed in 14 months. Samsung will not back their product. I will never be buying any samsung product again: appliance, tv, phone ext.

    No communication from the delivery guys and they scratched my dryer, left a long stratch in the middle of the glass. lets not mention there finger prints was left on my wall. Picture coming soon

    Product ok, but had installation problem. BB tech told us our plug was bad. Called an electrician who said no dryer was wired wrong at install. Had to wait too long for them to come back and out $ for electrician.

    The dryer looks good on the outside and very big but the custom dry time feature i like but a max of 90min is not long enough as well as the lent trap is difficult to open and dump every time

    Looks good but have issues with it not completely drying towels. Have to manually set it to higher settings. Had it replaced and same outcome.

    Got tired of fighting fate. Went through 2 of these. First one was bent/damaged in shipping as was the washer. Second one the drum light wouldn't come on and couldn't be repaired on site. Scrapped this order for a set of GE's instead. Just a bad set of circumstances all around and couldn't waste time waiting for replacements. Sorry Samsung.

    Absolute Garbage!

    I knew I shouldn't have bought another Samsung dryer but I ignorantly did it anyway (the washer/dryer set was slightly cheaper than the other brands). This dryer leaves clothes damp...and I mean very damp. It rolls clothes, sheets, blankets, whatever into a ball so only the outer layer of the ball gets dry. I had tremendous luck out of my last washer and dryer (LG) so this is partly my fault for thinking Samsung had corrected the issues I experienced from the last Samsung washer/dryer set I had purchased. The issues are still there and probably worse. I really wish I could get my money back but it's been too long. I don't recommend anything by Samsung. Just buy an LG and be happy with your purchase.
