    I’m buy this dryer a few day ago because I’m buy a house and I want all new ,today im opened went I saw in the front the door this dryer have scratch I buy 5 appliance from Best Buy together with this machine . So I didn’t know what I have to do

    Worst Dryer

    Worst dryer ever. Even on highest/longest setting. Clothes are damp after multiple drying cycles. I have been doing laundry for 40 years and this is by far the most ineffective dryer I have purchased. Completely disappointed in this purchase and Samsung.

    Would only dry in one setting. Had to return it. Took off door ro reverse it and stripped the screw. The metal used for this product is low quality. Sorry Samsung stick to phones.

    This dryer has been a total headache. I don’t know if I am doing something wrong, but I spend many minutes trying to figure out how to make it start. I regret buying it.

    Very loud & lengthy sound plays when the cycle ends & there is no way to turn it off! You also have to hold down the buttons when clicking play, pause etc. Not just 1 click.

    does not dry your cloths properly. you have limited drying cycles and you have to run it multiple times just to dry one load properly. STAY AWAY
