    Run don't walk away from Samsung appliances! Horrendous experience with the purchase of a washer/dryer and fridge. 2/3 appliances arrived damaged and support is non-existent. Delivery was 8 days late. Received a replacement appliance for the dryer with no notice (turns out the delivery service submitted an internal ticket for replacement) only to find out the replacement was dented similar to the original but now on the front. Three days later the dented replacement dryer has stopped working. 40+ hours trying to reach someone in support, disconnected calls, 3+ hrs hold times, agents masquerading as supervisors, missed call back promises, bounced department to department with no one willing to take responsibility for finding a solution, Agents transferring me to another agent with no notice and mid-sentence, etc.... Congratulations Samsung, you've taken what I initially viewed as an unfortunate but easily rectified situation and turned it into a disaster of monumental proportions.
