Under certain lighting, I find the dark gray background coloring obscures the black lettering making it difficult to see the words that describe the settings.

Everyone I spoke with told me that it was the same at the 12 cycle. It is very similar but the face plate is different. The pictures online show both face plates the 12 cycle is chrome and touch screen, and the steam is push button and more of a grey plastic. Just use caution when buying online.

Runs for about 3 minutes then timer goes to 1 minute and shuts off. Seems to be a common problem. Samsung's 3rd party repair team can't fix it and Samsung won't replace it. Don't purchase

The technician proposed a Band-Aid solution!!! My issue: Severe condensation resulting water leak (yes water leak in my dryer) in the back and from the front as well. The sensor goes off and the fryer become foggy from the humidity. Few facts: I moved to a brand-new house, so clean ductworks. I have a decent size laundry and it is in the middle of the house, the pipe run exactly 25ft from the exhaust. So, before you jump to the conclusion that it is too far from the exhaust, my next-door neighbor lives in an exact same house and does not have any condensation issue. Please help! I Really do not want to return it. Too much of a hassle

Dryer Making a Horrible Metal on Metal Noise

I worked with customer service and received a $100 gift card in response for the mistake. But on its third use, the dryer is making a horrible noise when the drum rotates. Getting in touch with BestBuy Geek Squad to get this item replaced. Getting in touch with BestBuy to replace this item.

Not durable; lacks reliability

After the drying cycle the dryer’s timer gets stuck at 1 minute (the last bit) and runs for ever until manually interrupted. Customer care is asking for $700 just to visit and diagnose let alone be the repair cost. I’d recommend staying away from this. Washer and dryer don’t seem to be Samsung’s competency.
