We have never used front loaders and are completely in love with this washer and dryer. It has made washing much more easier. I’d recommend using this product as it has the option to also do a small load of delicates if needed without wasting a whole wash for a very small load.

Easy to use for many different items. From single item to a large load.

I can not say enough about this dryer, I fit a queen comforter in it easily could fit a king, a few damp spots, but I still need to learn timing and all its functions, but still was dry except for my error, love the top dryer, no more ruined dedicates for me.

I love the look, it works great. I love how big it is, I can dry my king size comforters. Very nice product! Definitely recommend for large families. Just keep in mind it takes up a lot of space, so be sure you measure your space.

Wow! This dryer and washer together have substantially cut my washing days in half. Small things like knits can go to dry in the top while everything else in the bottom. Small enough loads and you can have two going at once. Wonderful!

I have had it just over a month and no complaints as of yet. Drys very fast compared to our 10 yr old LG dryer. The top dryer compartment is for delicates. Sometimes I need to run the top cycle 2x to get my item fully dried. Overall, I am happy with it.

First off, the dryer is an awesome 5 STAR beast! But we've had a total of FIVE delivery attempts where they simply could not get the correct pedestal for the dryer (works fine for the washer). Something was said about a manufacturer's change in the pedestal unit making it no longer compatible with the dryer. Best Buy was unable to get the "older style" pedestal and so we will be returning both the washer and the dryer and getting something that can be pedestal mounted. Shame, actually, as we really liked the Samsung units, but simply cannot keep them with the openings so low to the ground. I'm six feet tall and have to get on my knees to do laundry! LOL

This dryer makes laundry easy. Love that I get a notification when my laundry is done and it tells me if it is the flex dryer or the main dryer. Easy to clean the lint filter too.

We loved this dryer. Works fast, holds massive amounts of clothing, and the upper dryer is a great feature. However, Owned 2 weeks, and voltage error code D1C appeared. Can't be fixed. Waiting on a solution from best buy. Not what you expect on a $1,500 dryer. Looking to return and replace with LG.

This dryer works effectively. It dries clothes quickly. The top drying rack needs to be cleaned each time which is annoying, and anything bulky needs to be checked on throughout the drying cycle as the paddles bundle blankets/other bulky items in a giant ball.

Quiet operation, I was worried about noice as the machine is close to kids room. So far no complaints on noice. So many functions, so it takes a bit to get used to. May be in next couple of months I can give more detailed review.

First Off the steam in this dryer is great! Finally someone figured out to use a water line unlike the LG that uses a water tray. It drys clothes well but blankets and sheet you always have to dry them twice.

This washer was easy to install. It is really nice being able to get notifications on the tv when a cycle is complete. It is also very nice to be able to wash 2 loads at the same time.

This washer and dryer from samsung offers more options than I'll ever need. They are amazing at what they do and are easy to use. The Smart feature is something I didn't know I needed till I started using it.

I bought this to match my washer, it’s a great dryer. My clothes are easier to fold with less wrinkles, very easy to use and intuitive.

The dryer is everything what I wanted. It heats up fast and also lots of space as well it’s energy saving and clean. It has been through many uses

We love the fact that we can dry clothes easily in the top and bottom. Yea, you can easily overload the top dryer but folks who complained... Read the manual. The recommendations work.

I love the flex dryer as I can do 2 loads simultaneously, this saves me time. Apart from that the dryer is awesome, I have tried most of the options and have no complaints.

I really like this dryer. I find that it dries the clothes in one shot. The app is garbage, unfortunately. But, it doesn't affect the overall product usage.
