I absolutely love this dryer and the fact that it has a top dryer for my sneakers and other items I do not necessarily want tumble dried. It works perfectly and is easy to figure out

Amazing piece of machinery! The thing is large! Make sure you have good measurements for where you want to place and give ample room behind the appliance. Worth every penny. The smarthing features work well, getting notified while watching tv, on the tv that the laundry is ready is a nice touch .

Good product, the size is definitely larger than a normal dryer. It is easy to use. So far so good, but not sure how long it will last.

It’s very simple to operate, it swallows beddings and towels like nothing. Very pleased with it, though I’ve had for a short while, I’ll update as time passes.

Plenty of space and dries really well. Works exceptionally well when paired with the flex wash washer. It can automatically program the it's settings based on your wash cycle.

Works great so far and it is DEFINITELY a bonus to have upper and lower drying capacity. I was and dry my delicates with larger loads simultaneously and it had been a game changer!

Ordered set of washer and dryer. Washer came damaged so had to wait for another week to get both running. Calling Bestbuy 800# for scheduling another appointment was just horrible. Online ordering process was smooth, installation process could have been better. I had to stay on top during the installation process, their techs were trying to find few short cuts to get out quickly. Glad caught this, pointed out few health & safety issues and got them to install dryer as needed. So far machines are running good, silent compared to the ones I had

I am loving my new dryer. It offers tons of settings based on the type of fabrics and size load you are drying in addition to a quick dry option; all of which are fully customizable! Then there is the dryer on the top for my delicates which is the icing on the cake. Get this dryer...you won't regret it.

Got $400 off from BBY. Love the smart AI feature. It is connected to my washer and tune the temperature and timing accordingly. Looks sleek. One con, the top dryer only works for delicate clothes. We hope we could use for towels, but delicate won’t work for towels.
