A dryer has one purpose, and this dryer cannot even achieve it's one true function--dry my clothing. It always leaves the clothes damp and eventually mildew smelling because it refuses to complete a cycle or keep its heat on. I had best buy total protection plan, which is also a complete rip off, send a technician out and inspect the unit and no changes to my issues. All diagnostic systems checked out, which tells me it is just a bad product--all systems normal means--cannot dry clothes. Really, it has one job--dry clothes and it cannot do it. I was told that my issue might be my ventilation duct was dirty--we had it professionally cleaned. I was then told that the eco mode of the appliance causes the heat to turn off after 5 minutes and we have to turn off that mode every time we do a load of laundry. That seemed to work for a short time though it is very tediious having to reconfigure that setting every time we do a load. Why cannot I turn it off permanently--but no, that doesn't even work now--the unit runs for 5 minutes and not only does the heat turn off, but the entire thing announces that it completed the load. I wish I could just get a refund and pick a different product, and instead I have a $1200 paperweight taking up space in my laundry. Air drying my clothes does a better job. Please save your time and worry, pick a different product. I hope this review is helpful.

Just got this one and started using the Dryer . Excellent !

I've only had this and the washer for about 3 weeks, but really like the setup. My wife and I work out and like the single wash feature at the top of the machine, it was the reason for the purchase. The main/primary section has extremely large capacity to fit blankets and comforters.

Replacing an old set of washer and dryer, and after a lot of research, this was one of the best replacement. The dual dryer is definitely an upgrade to just the single dryer as it can dryer much more delicate clothing.

I absolutely love my new washer. Thing about the washer is the flex-wash feature, The ability to run the main front loading washer along with the top flex-washer together or something that I’ve never seen before. This washer it truly amazing.

This does everything. It connects to your phone tonlet you know when a load is complete. I couldn't be happier.

I love these. But i believe the height is really low so if you can puchase the drawer underneath. Unless you like working out and doing laundry. But other than that perfect!

Love my new washer/dryer it replaced another Samsung set that couldn’t be repaired. They were only 6 years old, hopefully this set will last longer,

It works well but is a lot different from the older model. This model eliminated a lot of the bottoms and you use the knob to pick what kind of drying you would like. You definitely should read the manual first to understand the options.

Excellent looking, Excellent working. Heavy as all get out. Make sure you hire someone or bring some buddies to help move it in. I have only had them for a couple weeks so this review doesnt speak to the long term.

Love the Samsung flex washer and dryer, easy to use! does big loads or small. Love love love the color and how much fits in them I can do all my laundry at once ❤️

It is a great product, Love the idea of having two independent units in one package. Has a lot of different pre programs and is programable as well.

very good dryer, only thing is that the top dryer is only for a couple of items, other than that very good. but helps save time
