The dryer is way too sensitive and prolongs dry time needlessly along with other issues. Were I to redo this purchase, I would not have gone with this brand.

Washer better then Best Buy

It took 6 visits to fix a brand new washer, in the end I had to have the washer replaced with the same model. I would recommend this washer. BUT I would not recommend purchasing it from Best Buy.

And it can be connected to your smart home so you know when the dryer cycle is done, and the top dryer is excellent for those delicates that you don't want to be damaged on the front load, it is very useful for Sport Shoes!

I have problems with all of my purchases with Samsung brand. Now is the dryer turn not working probably. The dryer kept running as long as I close the door. I don't bother to call Samsung anymore after the issue with refrigerator and washer but I decide to have a review here so customer should expect to receive terrible products and services if they choose to go with this brand.
