First-timer owner of a washer/dryer in over 15 years. I jut moved in and with every obligation of my own is to buy new things one being this with its pair. I would recommend to buy it on a holiday special or Black Friday if applicable for the best lower deals. Went over the manual to to take advantage of the full experience and really understands its efficiency. It performs flawlessly and as always I would highly recommend reading the manual to keep your dryer in great condition for a long period of time

Great dryer, no more wrinkle on my clothes and WiFi operated.

This dryer performs above my expectations. Lots of drying options are available to satisfy your drying needs. The upper dryer heats up to 120* for delicate items. I just wish the drum light would stay on the entire dry cycle instead of about 2 to 3 minutes.

Great product, push notifications let you know when it's done. Dryer lint trap door spring fell off immediately, so door doesn't close anymore and it was very difficult to get the spring out of the vent. So I'm not putting it back on. If I did the whole vent assembly needs to be removed but doesn't effect operation.

Regardless of which setting we select, it takes 2 cycles to dry the clothes. Prior to installation, we completely cleaned the vent line, including took a temperature reading from the exhaust which showed a 130F reading. Still 2 cycles required to dry the clothes per load. Lastly, while it is a pretty unit, others have been complaining that the thickness of the steel in the drum is so thin that the drum does not stay circular and the rollers around the drum actually break through the sheet metal. I have only owned the unit for 2 months and am keeping a close eye on it during the warranty period. I had higher expectations for a Samsung product especially for its high price.

I would of given it a 5 star but I'm bummed i can't use the remote wifi on a gas dryer

I wish I would have read the reviews. During drying I heard a big sound and then realized the glass of front door was completely damaged!

I've only had this dryer for a couple of weeks but I absolutely adore it! It fits perfectly into my laundry room, it is huge but they added the extra space in the height, not the width or depth. I love the two separate drying options, it is very convenient. I originally ordered this size so I could wash/dry a large Queen size bed comforter in it and it worked perfectly or I can just let my dirty clothes pile up for 2 weeks before having to wash/dry them. It is extremely spacious! The "your clothes are ready" chime is very pleasant to hear and despite all of the buttons, it is extremely easy to operate, plus it is also very pleasant to look at.

A Big WOW!! Having two dryers within one machine is definitely a laundry game changer. A 7.5 cubic gas dryer. Let’s start with the upper dryer which is roomy enough to dry your delicate, sweaters, bathing suits, stuffed animals sneakers and more. We used to air dry garments on drying racks or the back of chairs, now we longer have to do that with the FlexDry! The upper dryer is a flat rack drying system, so you simply ay your garment in the dryer. The main front loader dryer accommodates large loads and it even dries my king size comforter. The main dryer door has a wide door opening making it easy to toss in larger garments/bedding without a struggle. The flexibility of being able to dry a big load and a small load at the same time is excellent. The dryer is quiet. The FlexDry is state of the art, smart, energy efficient, easy to use and intuitive. You have all the bells and whistles on the FlexDry. The multi steam technology relaxes wrinkles which means less or no ironing, freshens, sanitizes, reduces static and odors. With the sensor dry which has the moisture sensors to protect my clothes from over drying and heat damage. The Wi-Fi connectivity allows me to remotely monitor the status of the laundry simply download the Samsung Smart Thing App. The finger resistant finish means less time cleaning off fingerprints which is a major plus along with the stainless steel drum. The internal drum light allows me to check on the laundry and insure there is nothing left in the dryer. The display colors are ice blue with the display being a digital LED. There is a button for everything delicate, permanent press, towels, sanitize, refresh, active wear, time dry, air fluff and normal. The drying and cooling temperatures can be adjusted along with the time. You have eco dry, mixed load bell, anti-static, smart monitor, child lock and more. When was the last time you checked the house dryer vent? No worries the FlexDry has the vent sensor which continually monitors the air duct and notifies me when it’s time to clean the vent, what a fantastic safety feature. The Smart care technology allows me to trouble shoot and diagnosis the dryer from my smartphone or tablet which saves money on having a serviceman come in. The door can be reversed so it accommodates your laundry room needs. Both the top and bottom dryer play a tune when the drying cycle is complete. The dryer is 50” in height so it taller than other dryers, keep that in mind and in my opinion there is no need to place the dryer on a pedestal. I was able to dry my first load without reading the manual, but to fully learn all about the FlexDry I will be reading the manual. Pair the FlexDry with the FlexWash and you have a state of the art laundry room. Samsung takes laundry to a whole another level. Who knew laundry could be fun and not a chore, Samsung sure knew how to make that come true. I without a doubt recommend the FlexDry. This Samsung FlexDry is a wonderful piece of art and technology. Excellent product for all families especially when you have little kids at home that continue to need nearly daily washing/drying. the top dryer is wonderful for their small clothes and the other dryer fits what the rest of the family needs. it works fast and nearly silent. aesthetically it looks wonderful and complements the looks of a nice residence. Large capacity and a great money saver, fits large items easily and the quality of drying is the best. Highly recommended.

My fiance likes to call this (and the matching washer) "Spaceship Appliances" and I get it. This things are pretty amazing and from a standard functionality perspective, this is a fantastic dryer with a multiple of options and functions for you to get the job done the way you want it. I've never owned a gas dryer before but the truth is it does indeed get hotter faster. Really my only knock on this particular "spaceship" is that, for what I can only imagine was a safety precaution, the gas version of this dryer has very limited integration with the Samsung SmartThings app. Though I understand this, I feel like it would be nice to be able to turn off the dryer remotely from the app even if they wanted to continue to disable actually starting or making adjustments remotely. I am glad I can at least tell if we left the dryer running and left - something I do not like to do - but it would also mean turning around since I can't tell it to stop. All in all, not a huge deal, but a note that isn't the case with the electric version as far as I can tell. Additionally, while the doors of this unit can be reversed, the doors on the matching washer cannot which pretty much makes reversing the doors on this unit a useless feature, at least as far as I'm concerned. Definitely still a great unit that gets the job done and in an efficient way. Lots of options and easy care definitely make this dryer worth it, but with a few key details that are slightly disappointing.

I love my new Samsung dryer. It’s big, quite, and does everything I want it to do and mire. The only issue I have is that it’s so low. I ordered pedestals ( on back order) so that should make it easier on my back. But overall I’m happy with my purchase so far!

I love the top dryer! It's perfect for items that would be damaged by tumbling. The lint trap creates a shelf, and small items (usually permanent press, because of Murphy's Law) tend to fall onto it, where they dry in a wad. Be sure your laundry room has enough room to get the dryer in and use it. Unlike front-loaders that sit on platforms, this dryer opens on top. It is also deeper than usual. We had to move cabinets and widen the doorwayl to make space for the dryer and matching washer.

I REALLY love this washer. the 2 in 1 is fantastic and this machine cleans very well, is quiet and holds a lot. I can wash 2 different loads at one time and it's awesome.

Love my new Samsung Flex Washer and Dryer set; high efficient machines and quiet. Despite 100 temperature the day of installation, both technicians were professional, respectful, and listened to my request to vacuum/clean area after old appliances were disconnected before installing new appliances. They quality checked both appliances were in good working conditions (no leaks) before leaving. Thank you for wearing masks, prompt service, and attention to good, quality service.

The best dryer I ever owned. Just fantastic. Laundry dryed as a desert. A small dryer placed on the top is very useful. It is a fantastic for wool sweaters or outdoor jackets. Just great.

Excellent Dryer it is very easy to use and its big. The flexibility of being able to dry a big load and a small load at the same time is excellent. The dryer is quiet. The top of the flex dry feature it's great.

First things first I'm reviewing this dryer as part of the Insiders program, But the review and opinions are all my own. Second I must say how excited I was to be chosen for this program, the dryer was at my house literally 1 week after I received the call that I was chosen. Ok, now I received FlexDryer just to realize I needed the natural gas to propane conversion, kit#LPKIT-3 on Amazon for those of you who may need the same. Well, this past weekend I put the dryer through it, we dried linen, comforter, towels, delicates, heavy pieces of cotton etc. and I'm happy to report that the dryer kept up. For the first time, I have experienced a dryer that can have a load done before the next load came out of the wash.....The top of the flex dry feature it's great if you just washed that sweater, shirt, or delicates that you are trying to wear the same day. I would definitely recommend this dryer to friends and family. It's a workhorse.

Can't believe that I've fallen in love with a clothes dryer. It has so many more features than my ancient device had. First of all, this thing has a large dryer drum, great for drying comforters and larger loads. I'm beginning to think this dryer is smarter than I am. Has so many sensors, it practically runs itself. The sensors mean I won't ruin my clothes like I used to on my old dryer. I can connect it to my phone, and I'll know exactly when my clothes are done. I can detect any problems it's having on my phone too. It has a top drying rack which is great when I have to dry delicates, or odd things like shoes, sneakers, and stuffed animals. There are more temperature settings than my old one had, I can tailor them to the load I'm drying. I can use the top rack while using the drum, so that saves me a few trips downstairs, which is awesome. There's a steam feature, it allows me to sanitize my items without destroying them. And it seems to give me way less wrinkles than I'm used to, so much less ironing, it's great. If you're in the market for a new dryer, this one is perfect, you can even switch the door direction! I received the appliance as part of the Insiders program.
