Clothes come very clean and very dry, which reduces the time on the dryer. Like you can choose different types of detergent.

A few things I’m not liking this is a very loud washer machine everyone in the house knows when it is running. The second thing I’m not like at all is water that is left after the cycle on the glass door. You have to leave the door open so it can dry. I hate returning stuff but I’m going to have to because I’ve had the washer for 2 weeks and it already has a mildew smell.

Called Samsung and they got someone out right away to fix it and while he was there the tech went through everything and made sure everything was OK. Our previous washing machine was a Whirlpool, contacting them for warranty service was an absolute nightmare so I really appreciate how easy Samsung is to work with.
