I’ve been using this washer for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance. The capacity is great. I can wash larger loads without compromising the cleaning quality. Clothes come out fresh, clean, and without that damp smell I used to get from my previous washer. What surprised me most is how quiet it is. The vibration reduction technology really works, even during high-speed spin cycles, it stays stable and barely makes noise. The smart features are also very convenient. I can check the status and get notifications on my phone, which helps a lot when I’m multitasking around the house. Installation was smooth, and it works perfectly in a stacked setup with the matching dryer.

This washer has done well in the months since I've got it. It really helps remove pet hair, but having to clean it out of the door seal is a bit of a pain. All in all cleans clothes well and I would purchase again!

We've had this washing machine for one month and so far it seems great. It is quite large, easy to use, and washes the clothes well. There are lots of options for cycles and settings. It seems to be a good quality washer and we hope to use it for many years to come.

Love this washer. So quiet you can’t hear it in the next room. Easy to use , holds very large load. I had a pink hat I was going to throw away because it was so dinghy, after one wash it came out bright pink like new.

Excellent....beautiful washer...the sensors - wow. Great tumble and clean clothes. Great capacity for a large blanket during these winter months. Quiet..and what a beautiful machine to look at exposed in your space. Just great product! And Samsung products never disappoint. The assistance I received at Best Buy and the personnel...cannot be beat...great experience - and going back before the end of the year to buy another one for another one of our units in Logan Square.

I bought this because it looked like a nice basic model. I hesitate with Samsung because of past difficulties however I love this washing machine. It’s quiet. It balances exceptionally well. It is in a utility closet in my kitchen. Even when doing large items like blankets it’s quiet and balances well. I could easily carry on a conversation with it running. I like basic and this delivers. Turn on, turn the dial to your type of load, push start. That’s it. The dial lighting is blue and bright. I’t cleans my clothes very well. The price is very low and you certainly get a lot for your dollar.

Works very well. Our first front loader. Old top loader having trouble spinning and this one is much better. Wanted to get the base to raise it, but not available for 4 months. Wish the door was reversible to ease transfer to the dryer.

In love with my new washer, very quiet and clothes come out super clean. I’ve always wanted new washer since I’ve always had used ones and this totally did it for me !! It’s very quiet and easy to use.

This washing machine is so user friendly, quiet and efficient. Just unhappy with the way the store hid the dents as they wrapped it up.

Easy to operate, quite while running, the clothes are pretty dry after the spin cycle and plays a nifty tune at the end.

Replaced an older stackable washing machine from Samsung with this one. This is certainly more efficient and quieter. The best part it stacks perfectly with the older dryer DVE45N5300F/A3 so I didn’t need to replace it!

I’ve had this dryer for a few months and it’s phenomenal. Sometimes it drys my clothes so fast that I feel like it’s impossible for them to actually be dry lol.

So far it has been perfect! It is very easy to use, very quiet, and looks really nice! Our clothes come out very clean, and it seems to be very gentle on delicates. I can't wait until my dryer goes out so I can complete the set haha!

Works really good for the amount of load we use on it. Pretty quick and easy to use also looks great, its good for small space washer and dryer stations.

Had to get the matching set when it was time to upgarde. These have been easy to operate and quieter than the previous samsung models we had.

This washer is amazing! The capacity is good, I can wash two fluffy comforters at once. It's self cleaning takes almost 4 hours but I assume it's thorough. I haven't had any smells come from it or anything weird happen. We wipe the inside of the door down after the last load of the day and leave the door slightly ajar so that it can air dry. No mold or any gunk has built up. We've had it for a year already and I love it! I hope it lasts a long long time!
