Excellent product! I have one in my home, so I bought this one for my daughter, and we couldn't be happier!

Very nice and clean looking units. They work great! I have only had them less then a month but as of now I would get them again! Only down fall is that the smart feature would not work but they still operate great without it. Would recommend!

I've been skeptical of Samsung appliances, but after owning this dryer, I'm pretty impressed. Its gret value for the price, and drys really quickly.

I absolutely love my new stacking units. I decided against paying for installation, which I ended up regretting only a little, but in the end, we were able to get them in place and working like a dream!

With sensor dry (eco dry) clothes don't dry any longer than necessary. But you have may options for whatever your drying needs. Jeans, towels, delicates. You can even turn eco dry on or off depending on what you are drying. Very quiet. I bought the set. The first dryer delivered had a bearing problem (within first 5 days). Best Buy replaced it immediately with new dryer. No Hassle at all. Very happy with Best Buy and my new washer and dryer set!!

This is my first set of stacking washer/dryer - love the space saving element. The machine works great - it's fairly quiet and very easy to use.

Haven't had a single issue yet. Didn't think I'd ever "love" a washer. Was wrong about that..lol. All of the features are very easy to use and customizable.

Very nice dryer! Love it’s ease of use and seems to be of good quality. Dries a load of towels in about an hour - always a good test of how a dryer will function to me!

Absolutely LOVE it. Before, I had to go to a laundry to do my bedding because the top loading machine in my apartment (each apartment had its own washer/dryer) didn't have an agitator, so couldn't clean and spin them well enough. This front loader gets the job done, AND spins them dry enough that it only takes ONE cycle of my dryer to finish the load off. And the Cost ($722.00 total) can't be beat. The only thing I would have loved to have in it would be a 20 load soap/softener dispenser. But, for $722.00, what can you do! The Install team did a great job, even waiting for my maintenance guy to assist with one of the hoses that wouldn't come lose from the valve.

Best washer Ive ever, a slight vibration which better than the older washer he had at our house

It cleans things that I put in it. Much better and quieter than my old one. Minus one star because you can't turn off the musical chime.

Very pleased with this Dryer. I have been using it for about 6 months and now problems. Easy installation. Runs quiet, dries clothes fast, and has plenty of features. I usually just use the normal dry and the clothes dry quickly.

Awesome they work in good condition and look practically new

This is my first front load washer and I love it. It has a few draw backs compared to a top load, such as leaving the door open after each use to dry out and not being able to open it to add more clothes during wash. But most importantly, it washes my clothes well and efficiently. It has a nice sleek design and modern aspect.
