I was hesitant to get front loaders but best choice I ever made. So much more convenient for me and I have more space now in my laundry room. 10/10 recommend.

They got us to contact Best Buy for an amount off. However, the money did not show up. It took two hours on the phone for them to finally tell us we could get a Best Buy gift card. We are still waiting on that.

My issue is I thought I'd see a drying time improvement over my 14-year-old gas Kenmore dryer...but comparing it to the old dryer honestly it's about the same time to dry a load of towels or clothes, the same average size load as I normally do...I tried a few different setting with the lint trap completely clean, same result. I was a BIT underwhelmed for $750.00. Here's to hoping it's build with longevity type parts

My only complaint is that the door is not an easy shut, it's a bit sticky and even though brand new it's a little challenging to know if it's actually closed all the way, other than seeing the digital screen turn on.

We leave ours pulled out now between washes to try and keep mold off of this one like we had the problem on the old washer. No mold so far on the rubber seal.
