Works like advertised but doesn't come with the power cord

I’ve had this dryer go almost 6 months and it has worked perfectly! It has lots of settings for any need you desire. My only complaint is the dry sensor is very sensitive and doesn’t dry my clothes completely but I think that helps minimize shrinkage ALOT. Overall a great machine!

So far so good. I mostly wanted to leave a review to say that the lint catcher opens up (since on of the other reviews seemed to think it didn't open and needed to hosed out)

Great dryer. I bought a second one for the new laundry upstairs. Quiet, cute song at the end of cycle, wrinkle prevention option, and various settings to choose from. It is quiet deep, if you have trouble bending, maybe get a pedestal. My only suggestion would be to add the app functionality to be able to get alerts when cycle is done.

I went instore to buy the washer but there was none in stock, that was fine, the gentleman who was assisting me was very informative and kind and patient. I believe hes a new hire but he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. When the item was delivered, it was most possible the quickest and easiest install ive ever seen, Alejandro did a great job and i commend his skill which made everything seemless. I dont write reviews as much as i should, but this definetly made me want to! Thank you Best buy for having such great staff.

Our washing machine is everything that we were looking for and we were able to get it at such a great price. The delivery process was easy and I can’t say thank you enough for how smoothly everything was handled.

The washer does a good job cleaning the clothes. I wish there was a control that allows extra water to be added, if needed.

This dryer is amazing and looks nice in my laundry room. I love the child lock feature and how well it dries our clothes. It is a smaller drum than our last dryer but it gets the job done well and I look forward to getting the washer!

Basic Dryer nothing Exciting its plays this annoying music at end of cycle which I am not sure can be turned off like the older models. Does do a good job of drying pretty fast

This dryer was purchased to replace our 15 year old Samsung dryer that had quit working. The dryer works quite well and drys clothes quickly. There is an interior light that helps to ensure everything gets removed after drying. The lint trap is also a different style that seems to contain the lint much better and is easy to clean between dryings. This unit is stacked over a Samsung washing machine and I was even able to utilize the stacking components from the previous dryer, a welcome bonus. The controls are easy to use and so far everything has been great.

Excellent....beautiful dryer...the sensors - wow. Quiet - dry amazing...and what a beautiful machine to look at exposed in your space. Just great product! And Samsung products never disappoint. The assistance I received at Best Buy and the personnel...cannot be beat...great experience - and going back before the end ot he year to buy another one for another one of our units in Logan Square.
