We are happy with the washing machine. Less vibration than our LG unit. We were disappointed by the delivery schedule. It was a 10-day schedule. On the delivery day, we waited all afternoon, but it never showed up. The store had a power outage, but someone should have notified us that the delivery wasn't coming. They did deliver on the next day, which was Sunday.

I love this machine. It works wonderful. it has so many plus it's to it.

These are the best Washer/Dryer set I've ever used. Excellent functionality! A lot of settings, also they don't waste electricity nor water. I love them now I can wash and dry all my bed covers at home don't have to deal with going out to a laundromat. I was a bit skeptical because of that issue Samsung had a couple of years ago but I have absolutely " NO REGRETS" I would recommend these even to my worse enemy. Stay safe out there! BE KIND! Love you!!!!!

Bought this set to replace 20 year old Whirlpool set; they are a nice looking set; install was rather easy except for the fact that most homes have gas lines that are 1/2" in size and this dryer has an inlet that takes a 3/8" connection; after a quick trip to the hardware store for the proper flex hose, dryer was hooked up and works fine; leaving the one star off for a future update on longevity of unit

Amazing product , clothes dry so quick and when clothes are dry it just stops without finishing the set cycle . Theres a basket that traps all the lint and easy to empty .The only cons is when you touch the door when its on cycle its stops,thats how sensitve the sensor is .Overall i ❤️ this product

This washer is super quiet doesn't shake at all when washing even during the spin cycle it is really quiet. Other 2 washers i had over the past 10 years they would always shake so much they would walk away, dont want to name names but , Maytag centennial would violently shake almost every load its been almost 2 weeks hope i like for many more

I Love the product I always wanted a front loader washer/dryer so far no complaints I do wish I got the pedestal to add for extra height to me it’s sit extremely low in my space delivery was on time and the installation from the Best Buy workers was fast and easy

Love this washing machine, I regret that I didn't buy the matching dryer at the time because they're no longer in stock. It doesn't use much water and makes me never want to go back to a upright washer. My clothes are so much cleaner now and uses less power. I don't like the app so I don't use it.
