I did end up exchanging this for the other model as that was the dryer i ordered and i wanted a matching set.

I’m used to having a washer with agitator and i am glad we switched to front loader. My only complaint is that the Finnish scratches easily but hey that’s just cosmetic functionality is great!!

Have not used all the settings but have washed 2 comforters that I never could have done before so have got $50 in dry cleaners savings. ***Best Buy return policy was the best, 30 days on appliances before the Samsung warranty kicked in. Home Depot, 48 hours,(read the fine print&called) and then its just you and the Samsung warranty and their repair crew. Also used my BB points to buy a close out TV afterwards.
