Amazingly good looking and very quiet. Cleans nicely and lots of settings to play with

I returned both the washer and dryer. With in the first week the washer got stuck on the spin cycle.. I thought it might be a one time thing but it did it again and then it started getting real loud during the spin cycle. It was in my window to return and I was not going to take a chance on keeping them. Also the amount of water left in the door seal and the door seemed flimsy.. just did not think this was going to last very long.

I have owned a Samsung for a long time, and I really enjoy their products. All my Samsung appliances are from Best Buy and they stand behind their products. I recommend this washer and dryer.

We enjoy the washing machine. I like how you can add extra rinses. And the delayed finish is different than my delay start on my old washing machine. But it’s a nice feature. It spins so hard that it shakes the whole house (it’s on the second floor) so I take it down a notch. But good washer, fits lots of clothes.

This is a good product with reasonable price. And easy to use.

I JUST LOVE OUR NEW SAMSUNG FRONT LOAD WASHER. IT'S WONDERFUL NOT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH AN AGITATOR - IT MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER TO WASH LARGE ITEMS LIKE COMFORTERS, OR SMALL ITEMS THAT WOULD GET TRAPPED UNDER AND AROUND AN AGITATOR. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL MACHINE, WITH MANY SETTINGS TO CHOOSE FROM, BUT IT IS VERY EASY TO USE. I'M SO VERY HAPPY TO HAVE IT. THANK YOU;

Super excellent dryer we can see the difference between the old one

Best option for us! We needed a new washer and this front load answered all our needs and then some. It's quiet, and there's no need to guess what part of the cycle its on with the display. Looking to get the stackable dryer next and complete the set

Like my old Samsung washer but more choices. Doesn’t allow you to put much detergent in it but not needed either. Lots of choices. Does seem to vibrate a bit much on spin since I got the pedestal installed. Clothes are nice and clean. Replaced my Samsung of 11 years. The old one was developing problems. Sale price of washer/dryer great. Only prob was old pedestals didn’t fit.

Easy to use and nice to look at. Not loud. The spin works well, but does not spin enough I think. That is just me. I came from a much more expensive machine that the clothes came out not wet at all just not dry.

I am absolutely amazed with my Samsung washer and dryer the installers did a great job stacking them except for a small scratch which I was compensated for I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Runs quiet, gets the close clean, and plays a little song when the cycle is done.
