I picked it up from Best Buy Store as promised, it took me 30 minute to install it> Ran the machine was surprise on how quite compared to the old top loading washer. will recommend and will buy if needed.

Quiet, great custom settings, only complain I have is that I wish you could lock the control panel so small young kids don't turn off the wash when they mess with the buttons. My 3 year-old loves the sounds it makes when pushing the touch screen and it leads to him turning off our wash often. Overall great washer.

Absolutely love this washer. I can do all my comforters now. One downside I noticed is that when you are pouring the softener in the holder it immediately drains into the washer. So, if you have the door open while doing that it drains into the rubber door seal.

Great washer, easy to set up. Plays a long jingle when done. If buying an open box, due remember to remove the transport bolts.

WE like this dryer a lot. it has a couple of unique features that can be very helpful, like it can test your vent for blockages. But I have noted one potential problem, the lint filter might possibly wear out and break eventually due to the hinge action in opening it for cleaning.

I had my old Samsung washer and dryer for 12 years with no problems, i decided to buy the same style but the quality has gone down and most of it is made of plastic and service tech lift it up by himself, my old ones where mostly metal andtook2 peopleto lift it. The things I like is the control panel is digital and the capacity is much larger than the old one's.

We first got the open box washer even though we ordered brand new, after few days we got the brand new washer installed. Buying experience from best buy is always good except delivery experience where you have to careful cheers. Cheers!

Grate machine! Very easy to use, and economic dryer

Great price service and quality. Best time to take advantage of their sales when they have it . Capitalized on Black Friday and ended up walking away with a nice set under $1200. I got to pick the time i wanted to deliver . Very convenient as I wasn’t moving into my new place right away.

We love this washer. Our clothes are cleaner, and get less damage. The washer has so many options for every time of fabric, it is very smart in its consumption of water. It calculates the amount of water and the time depending on the size of the load, so you are not wasting tons of water even if you have to wash a smaller load of clothes.

Washer works great, very quiet and efficient. Can go wrong with it.
