This a very highly quality washer. It’s very quiet and doesn’t really vibrate. It cleans the clothes very well

I ordered new appliances in January, the washer and dryer were delivered in April, the fridge is still on back order. I like the washer and matching dryer set, i have them stacked in my kitchen. They are quiet and efficient. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for new appliance who needs a warranty, delivery, haul away, and installation due to not having a truck.

This dryer I was worried about the size if it would fit in a small closet but it’s actually a good size and best overall

I bought this combo washer and dryer, it is perfect for our family of 2 + pet. The size is perfect fit. I had it stacked in my previous house and now I have it side by side. It can be little noise when it stacked and if you place detergent pods or any small objects on top of dryer. This did come with stackable kit, I had to order is it separately. Make sure you have it before the installation team arrives.

This dryer was purchased to replace an aging dryer. While this is a no-frills model, it performs exactly as expected. The ordering process was quick and easy, since the Best Buy rep was able to answer any questions that we had. The installation team arrived when promised, removed the old unit and had the new unit up and running quickly. All in all a pleasant experience

Reliable and gets the JOB done. Havent had any problems. Clothes comes out fresh and clean.

So far it works well Main thing it stays well balanced during the spin cycle. One thing that needs to be stressed for all front loaders; The door must remain open after use to allow the tub to dry out. Top loaders this is not necessary as there is air circulation because there is no seal on the top loaders door like the side loader has. This is one draw back of the side loaders, however the advantage is it uses less water.

Very happy with the washing machine. It does a good job. However I have one possible complaint. It seems that something may have come loose that helps with the drum spinning. I noticed loud bang a slip and a bang and after that I noticed that the machine moves when it starts to spin like it shakes for a while that it didn't used to do before that sound.

I like the washer, but I had a problem from the moment of installation. There was a leak and I determined that the water was leaking from one of the water supply hoses because of the faulty rubber gasket inside of the hose. After spending over 2 hours on the phone with one of the Geek Squad reps another team from the delivery company and they replaced both hoses. No problems after that. At least so far.

My washer is quite. I knew that front loader use less water and energy efficient. They delivered it and set it up. They meaning Best Buy delivery service geek squad was professional and friendly. They took the old product and recycle it for me. After as many washes it does a self clean by itself. Best Buy stands by there word. I give it 5 stars
